Happy Halloween!!

Happy Halloween Everyone!! Here are some pictures of this year's Pumpkin Carving ! Jeremy had a HUGE pumpkin so he got to carve two things! The Grim Reaper and a Ghost! BOO! Mine is supposed to be a kitty with bat wings, but it just looks like a demon from hell. Oh well, it's still in the Halloween Spirit. Little Kitten was our supervisor. She was a very good helper.

We hope yall have a wonderful and safe Halloween! Have fun Trick or Treating!

Big News, a Fish Bowl, and Jeremy's Birthday!

Happy 25th Birthday Jeremy! Jeremy's parents came over with Halloween goodies, a really cute fish bowl cake and Paella! Oh my goodness, the paella was wonderful! I've never had it before and now it is definitely one of my favorite dishes. Papa Fudge made it with sausage, ham, clams, mussels, shrimp, artichoke hearts, and big black olives. Heaven!!!! (see picture below!)

And the Big News: Jeremy passed the SC Bar Exam! YAYAYAYAYAY!! I am so proud of him! I knew he would pass on his first try! He was so nervous that I had to go to my parent's house while he was waiting to find out if his name was on the "passed" list. He was so funny when he called to let me know too. He was like (all bummed out voice) " well, I dunno, you're just going to have to put Esquire at the end of my name". When he said that I screamed and started doing my happy dance! I am so proud of my husband!!

Okay, so the other day while I was in Blogland I came across this Awesome recipe from Nest of Posies. The muffins turned out Amazing! Just the right amount of pumpkin and chocolate. And so easy to make! I found that this recipe only makes about 17 muffins, so next time I might double it. It was even Jeremy Fudge approved and he doesn't even like pumpkin!

Front Yard Graveyard!

Here is our Front Door and our Front Yard Graveyard. Most of what you will see are styrofoam gravestones from the dollar store and bags of bones that we bought on sale after Halloween last year. It's so easy to put together and it looks awesome!! I'm thinking we need to buy (or make) a big Grim Reaper to put in the corner of the graveyard. Let me know what yall think!

Our Spooky Front Door! One of these days I am going to make a

Halloween wreath to put on the door. ;)
Our Scary Graveyard. Mind where you step!

Mr. Bones

This was Jeremy's idea. The jaw came unattached to the skull and Jeremy was like "we should make it look like its screaming!" ( I think I'm rubbing off on him, haha) I love him so much!

Halloween Photoshop!

For those of you who don't know, Halloween is one of my Favorite Holidays!!

So I got bored one day and re-vamped (da dum cha) some old pictures. Enjoy!

Vampire Jeremy. oooo scary

Demon Kim! Ahhhhh!!!

I'll try to add some pictures of our front yard graveyard and hopefully some pictures from our witch's kitchen. (two of my favorite decorations!!!)

Adventures in Married Life

Married life is wonderful! I absolutely love being Jeremy’s wife! So far in married land:

- Jeremy still hates my snoring (but he still loves me) so he still moves from the bed to the couch sometimes.
- I realized that I really need to start fixing dinner from scratch and not out of a box. We both need to start focusing on eating healthier.
- Both of us being unemployed has helped both of us focus on more important things.
- Our first exciting incident as husband and wife was trapping a tiny green lizard in the bathroom and putting him outside. He kept leaping and running around the bathroom walls. We kept trying to think what we could use to trap the poor thing; our hands, a jar…. And finally we had the “light-bulb” moment; a big plastic Tupperware box. Jeremy put the bigger piece on top of the lizard and I slid the top up from the bottom. It was so funny!
- Our second exciting incident was not so funny (well it sorta is). You know those times when nothing seems to go right? Well we had one. We were on our way to the grocery store and Jeremy was driving my car. We didn’t even make it out of the driveway when… we hit the PARKED suv behind us. Ugggg. Thankfully the SUV is fine. Maybe a little scuffed but fine. My car on the other hand, not so much. Kiki (my car) will need a new tail light and a brand new bumper. Jeremy felt soo bad! I was just kinda laughing the whole time. I was trying to lighten the mood! Bumpers and tail lights can be fixed. When we finally made it to the grocery Mr. Grumpy-pants was not hungry anymore. But I bought a pizza anyways. We get home and I take the pizza out and it is GROSS. It was mangled and kinda freezer burned, so into the garbage it went. I then tried to order a pizza from Dominos online. And it says that our store is CLOSED!!! Of course, I’m thinking. So I called the store and he said the reason it said it was closed online was because of the Gamecock Football Game. He said “college kids try to order online for delivery to the stadium so they have to close online delivery”. I was like "I don't care about the football game, all I want is a pizza!" He said we could still order a pizza and he would deliver to our house. So in the end we did get our pizza. So the story does have a happy ending. : )
- I now know whole heartedly (but I’ve always known) that whatever comes at us, we will be able to get through it as long as we do it together. <3

So that is all that has happened in the ….lets see…. One week we’ve been married. Pretty exciting huh? Never a dull moment in the Fudge Household. I can’t wait to see what will happen next!
