Jeremy's Famous Katalina Roast!


Instead of going somewhere for date night this week, Jeremy made his famous Katalina Roast and I wanted to share the recipe with you! :)

Ingredients:
1 2lb beef roast
2 bottles of Katalina Dressing
Baby Carrots
Red Onion, chopped in big slivers
Small red potatoes, halved
Small bottle of green olives
Salt and Pepper




First, Brown the Meat in a pan so that the flavor will stay in the meat. Just get the ends nice and browned. Don't cook the meat all the way through.


Next, put some of the potatoes in the bottom of a crock pot so that the meat does not touch the bottom of the pot (it will burn).



When you are done browing the meat, put the meat on top of the potatoes. Add the rest of the veggies on top of the meat.





Pour the Katalina dressing on top of everything. Add a bottle of water if you need it (you want the meat to boil in the sauce, that way it will be nece and tender).



Cook in the crock pot for 5 to 6 hours or until the meat is done and tender. Be careful it does not boil over! lol, that happened to us, so be careful. Then Enjoy!!!!
