For my birthday, my wonderful in-laws gave us a one night's stay in Savannah, GA.It was so much fun! But it is always fun traveling with Jeremy. Here are pictures from Day 1 of our adventure.
You know you LOVE the feather headband. My friend Jenny picked it out at the store and I fell in Love. |
Oh yeah... we are so cute |
I love this picture! |
This is the Andrew Low House. Andrew Low was a very wealthy Cotton Merchant in Savannah. He was also the father of William Low who married Juliette Magill Gordon who started the Girl Scouts of America. You can learn more about the house at their website here. |
The Lions in front of the house looked sad so I thought they needed a good pet. I think I heard some purring as we left. |
That night we got dressed up to go out to dinner at The Olde Pink House. |
I got to wear one of the new brooches Jeremy got me for my birthday! He does so well with jewelry. |
This is us AFTER the meal. So you can see the smiles and looks on our faces once we were done eating that awesome meal. I was soo full! |
What a great first day! We really needed a mini-vacation. I can't thank Jeremy's parents enough! Tomorrow I will share pictures from Day 2.

Definitely know where I need to go eat when I visit Savannah! Sounds like y'all had a wonderful time :) Love the pictures, although I must agree with you that it was a rather sad looking lion :p
